RoomlySoft is a product of Byteproc Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This website introduces our hotel software and related services. Using this website does not by itself create a paid subscription or service agreement.
2. Service scope
Features, onboarding requirements, delivery dates and support arrangements will be agreed with you before purchase. Images, device displays and marketing graphics are illustrative. They are not a commitment that every feature shown is included in every plan.
3. Plans and payments
Displayed monthly prices and installation charges are introductory information based on the current profile. Confirm the latest quotation, applicable taxes, third-party fees, billing period and included scope with our team. Payment, cancellation and refund terms will be stated in the accepted quotation or service agreement.
4. OTA and Google services
We provide registration, approval assistance, optimisation or management as agreed. OTA approvals, search rankings, review publication and platform availability are controlled by the relevant platforms. We do not guarantee approval, a particular ranking, occupancy or revenue outcome.
5. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate property information and ensure that content, photos and documents you supply can lawfully be used. Protect your account credentials and obtain appropriate permission for guest communications. Review management does not include fabricated reviews.
6. Third-party platforms and brands
OTA, Google, WhatsApp and social platforms have their own terms, fees and requirements. Their logos identify the services discussed and do not imply that RoomlySoft has a partnership or endorsement. Availability can depend on those providers.
7. Website use and intellectual property
Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access or distribute malicious material. RoomlySoft branding and site content may not be reused commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
